Furthermore the Peace Film Award is supported by Heinrich Boell Foundation. The Heinrich Boell Foundation is associated with the Green Party. It promotes seminars, further training courses, grants and research work and is also supporting citizens' initiatives. For the foundation the examination of the medium film is opening up an important field of its cultural activities. Therefore it is just logical to support the award of films which take up and impart topics, questions and problems in a convincing way. The Heinrich Boell Foundation provides the Peace-Film-Award-Initiative by donating the prize money of 5.000 Euro. www.boell.de
